The chinese boy that attended to me was really good. I came early cos i had an appointment later and would be back late. He handled check in for me and even help me merge different reservations from different app so that i need not move rooms. I noticed he handled other customers that had lots of questions with patience and answered all their queries. As i checked in early i didn't go to the room till much later, almost midnight, but the keys worked and room was clean. Bathroom could be cleaner but its ok for budget hotel value. Definitely will return. Thanks

Quiet, comfy and clean linen. Walking distance to variety food outlets mostly Korean and Japanese restaurants, 24/7 stores, Watson, pharmacies , banks etc. Perfect for those who need something suddenly.

Great bedding and shower amenities. Airconditioning was strong and effective. Overall worth the price.

Friendly staff and a very good location. Lots of foods, shops and restaurants around. Good value for the budget hotel and closed to Axiata Arena. Wasn’t a new hotel so most of facilities are old and there did have a smoking odor inside the room but you won’t smell it after aircon turned on. Overall it’s a nice stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable, but the bedsheets and towels did smell like it wasn't dried properly. Otherwise all was ok

Great location. Near to eateries and convenient stores. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bedding and very quiet for a good night sleep and rest.

Very good location if you are interested to stay close to national stadium (as we did for concert), very friendly staff, many restaurants in just walking distance. We have reserved two rooms big one (king size bed) - really good size and very comfortable. Very reasonable price.
